Office Manager

Office Manager needed full-time (32 hours +) for busy security office.  This individual will perform general administrative assistant duties, maintain schedules for 20-25 locations and input and analyze basic payroll data. This professional must have the following qualifications:

 

·        5 years of administrative experience

 

·        Quality customer service and organizational skills

  

·        Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel

 

·        Be able to quickly generate professional correspondence

 

·        Be able to adapt and accommodate quickly to urgent situations

 

·        Know how to prioritize effectively

 

·        Self-starter; self-manager

 

 

 

Desired qualifications:

 

·        3 years Office Manager experience
