The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in the real estate sales or leasing industries, with a passion for excellence and professionalism.  This position will provide you the opportunity to develop and hone your skills as a leading sales professional.  The ability to work weekends is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the “go-to� person for our clients from their first contact with our community through closing.  It is imperative that you represent Prescient Development Group with the utmost professionalism and positive attitude.  The main goal of the Sales Associate is to showcase our community, demonstrate the features and benefits of owning one of our distinctive homes, and successfully close the transaction.

 

In addition, the successful Sales Associate will take an active role in the outside marketing of the community, including visits to Realtor offices, as well as the planning and implementation of sales events.

 

REQUIREMENTS Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of clientele Strong organizational and time management skills Solid internet, phone, and personal sales skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other basic computer programs Ability to work weekends, with two days off during the week 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  Greet prospective buyers, and establish rapport Demonstrate model homes, inventory homes, and community amenities Obtain all necessary registration information from each prospect to allow future follow up Diligently follow up with each prospect and real estate agent to achieve sales Maintain database with current information for prospects and real estate agents Visit real estate offices to foster relationships and solicit future business Assist in marketing tasks, such as bi-weekly e-mail blasts, as well as the planning and preparation of special events Participate in competitive analysis for current and future development projects Collaborate with Management to develop sales initiatives to meet aggressive, but attainable monthly sales goals
