Network Manager - Midwest
Position is home based within the Midwest. Network Management Key Agents. Establish a Moving Services Business Plan and Objectives annually with the top 25 revenue-generating agents. Establish mutual key performance indicators to include operations, claims, revenue processing & billing, account management, and administration. Visit & prepare performance and facility audits - Identify performance/facilities Gaps Develop improvement plan with agent in all areas of deficiency. Include Metrics, timelines and expectations. Identify training aids, best practices and tools to help agent improve performance o Conduct quarterly business reviews with agents to monitor performance. Resolve any corporate issues with agent impeding performance. Monitor agent Quality Scores, Customer verbatim and estimating accuracy. Take actions as needed. Be the voice of SIRVA to all levels of the key agents. Network Management Other Agents. Work with smaller agents on as needed (exception) basis. Identify poorest performing agents in region. Work with agent (as above) to improve performance. Make recommendation for termination of agents who cannot or will not improve performance. Improve Network Strength & Efficiency. Collect and develop Best practices in all areas of agent performance. Develop systemic solutions to common network problems. Identify opportunities to improve network profitability. Identify agent-to-agent challenges and issues affecting network efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work with agents as necessary to improve performance. Agent Development - Work with Agency development on new agent interviews and facility inspections. Make report and recommendations on findings. College degree required. Agency experience in a management role or other small business management experience a must. Strong analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Good Computer skills. Excellent communication skills.
