Network Development Analyst- SilverSneakers

The Network Development Analyst is responsible for the selection, development, expansion and contracting of Provider Network Facilities; documenting pertinent information regarding potential provider facilities; identifying prospective providers through the use of geographical resources; coordinating activities with fellow team members; and special projects as requested Experience: Network development in a health care and/or fitness related field Experience in directing and supervising teams Education and Training: Bachelor's (four-year) degree in a business related field Formal GeoAccess software training Specialized Skills and Qualifications: Interpersonal relationship and management skills Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Access Extensive experience using GeoAccess software Effective oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented Exceptional organizational skills Project management and reporting Time management and organization Responsibilities: Create detailed GeoAccess reports for each market every 6 months Analyze market network needs; develop and implement strategies to meet those needs Interact with current, new, and prospective clients to ensure network expectations are understood, communicated and implemented Responsible for researching and identifying prospective fitness center partners. Manage network development in current, new, and prospective markets by directing and tracking progress of all ND activity Coordinate network changes with Contracts, Account Management, Marketing, and all other appropriate departments Work with Data Administration to manage membership data in a way that insures HEALTHWAYS business needs are met Maintain membership information integrity in accordance with HIPPA regulations and HEALTHWAYS policies and procedures Support Sales Team in determining and presenting prospective clients' fitness center network options and strategies Perform demographic data analysis, report, create strategies, and implement projects/activities regarding Medicare-eligible population concentrations (CMS data), major ethnic populations and their geographic concentrations, "invisible barriers" Develop and implement database design enhancements Create special reports for specific markets Design, document, and implement or recommend process improvements Maintain constant communication with other HEALTHWAYS departments to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.*Please see Job Description for required skillset
