National Sales Manager - Predictive Maintenance

National Sales Manager, The Snell Group: Responsible for the sale of The Snell Group’s complete offering of predictive maintenance solutions, products and services including training, consulting, and field service/inspections using infrared and motor circuit analysis technologies. Targeted industries include manufacturing, petrochemical, utilities, wastewater, construction, aeronautical, and others.

 

The successful candidate will be skilled at techniques such as cold calling, lead generation, qualification, and follow-up, negotiating, presenting, and closing. Requires 40-70% travel. Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience with regional and/or national territory responsibilities required. Proven track record in developing new business, confident and positive attitude toward launching new initiatives and breaking into new markets. Preference to be located in Indianapolis, IN or other Midwest geographical “hubs� including but not limited to Kansas City, MO, Detroit, MI, Columbus or Cincinnati, OH, etc..
