USM has a history of consistent and robust growth as well as an excellent reputation in our industry. We have an immediate need for a National Account Manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and growing current accounts;
* Increasing sales through assigned accounts;
* Preparing sales information, reports and proposals for customers;
* Reviewing and resolving invoice issues;
* Delivering exceptional service to our customers by understanding and
proactively responding to their needs;
* Visiting customers periodically
Specific Requirements include:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Service experience;
* A professional and confident phone presence; exceptional customer service skills; Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking
* Energetic individual who requires minimal supervision
* Organizational skills, problem solving and computer skills
