NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT POSITION - INTERNATIONAL CREDIT SERVICES
Meridian Finance Group provides credit, insurance, and financial services that help exporters to expand their international sales.
More companies than ever are exporting their products to other countries and we believe the next few years will present an exceptional opportunity to grow our business.
We’re seeking a new employee to help us manage our existing account relationships so we can dedicate more time and resources to developing new clients.
The fastest-growing segment of our business is export credit insurance, so the primary focus of the position will be learning how to broker this specialized kind of insurance coverage.
The ideal candidate will possess skills and experience that are relevant to Meridian's business. Above all, we're looking for a career-oriented individual with strong analytical and people skills whom we can train to provide our specialized services.
Duties of the position will include account management, customer support, training, credit analysis, working with insurance companies and government agencies, providing administrative support for other employees, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Many exporters are just beginning to use the kinds of services we provide, so developing this market is hard work. We’ve made a lot of progress so far. Now we’re looking for an individual who is up to the challenge of learning our business and helping us take it to the next level.
