NETWORK ANALYST - XEROX SALES AGENT
REPRESENT THE #1 BRAND NAME AND LEADER IN DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS

This extremely dynamic position will be responsible for supporting external and internal customers. You will be responsible for all in-house computer work in your respective office, including monitoring the servers, workstations, printers, routers, software, etc., on all levels and providing recommendations on technological advances for the company. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting all types of Xerox machines over the phone and in the field. As a Network Analyst, customers always come first, so excellent customer service is essential. This job requires confidence, self-motivation, and vision, on top of being a technical expert with excellent logic.
Responsibilities:Networking/Training Xerox machines in the field Help desk phone support Help desk phone support for external customers IT Inventory/Troubleshooting
Required Skills:Active Directory/Exchange TCP/IP Networking Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP/2003 Server and Clients Mac OS 8/9/10 FTP/SMTP/SNMP/LDAP/LPR/RAW/AppleTalk PC/Mac Software Logic MCSE Preferred but not required Understanding of Basic Color Theory – Pantones/Spot Colors/CMYK/RGB PC/Server Hardware Troubleshooting Routers/Hubs/Switches/Firewalls Theory Excellent communication skills High energy level
