Multi-Lingual Telephone Interviewer
Candidates are needed for a Non-Profit North Raleigh Call Center working as a Telephone Interviewers. A Telephone Interviewer is expected to conduct a variety of interviews to obtain valid social science research data. Candidates will interview assigned survey participants by telephone for a variety of projects.
We are looking for candidates who speak one or more of the following languages in addition to English: Russian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean.
Training will begin in October 2008.
Skills Required:Fluent in English and one of the following: Russian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean.Proven work history in Customer Service or call center environmentHS Diploma or GEDAbility to type at least 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy rateEffective interpersonal skills and verbal communication skillsAbility to work comfortably on a computer and perform data entry tasks while speaking on the phoneAll candidates are subject to criminal background checksA script test and a call center telephone skills test are also administered in the interview process
Schedule Options:
Daytime Hours: 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 (with a minimum of 32 hours per week)
Evening Hours: Must work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
