Mortgage Data Entry Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms general office administration and data-entry tasksCollect and organize source documents, verify work for accuracy and update illegible documentsManage incoming files, data-entry into the system of record, file distribution, archival file management, etc.


 

Essential Mortgage Data Entry Skills & CharacteristicsMust have a professional office experience- mortgage, banking or finance background is a huge plus2+ years of Office Administration or data entry experience (typing, filing, faxing, copying, numeric, alphanumeric, 10-Key)Key at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour (data-entry test confirmation required)Be available immediatelyMust be able to pass criminal background and drug screenPresent in a very polished and professional manner

Desired SkillsQualified candidates will have good organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently, to use critical thinking in performing daily tasks, and to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
