Merchant Service Lead
Primary Responsibilities: This is a lead role for the Innovative Gateway. You will:
• Handle customer escalations
• Conduct Buddy Rep coaching sessions
• Provide coaching and feedback to representatives
• Assisting with schedule adherence
• Assist with non-phone activities, workflow and distribution
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
Qualifications: • High School Diploma
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite
• 1 - 3 years experience in a call center environment preferred
• Previous bankcard, banking or financial services experience is a plus
• Must be able to learn knowledge of company, products, and/or services
