Merchandisers Are Needed!!!!Description: Volt Services Group, a national leader in the staffing industry, is currently looking for Merchandisers for the Greater Boston area. We are recruiting energetic, self-motivated, candidates that posses a desire to succeed. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door. This temp to perm position! Merchandisers will be responsible for implementing company standards for appearance and arrangement of merchandise. Will coordinate signs for any special promotions, assist operations with layouts to ensure proper merchandise placement and flow. Major tasks include:*Contacting the receiving department to determine the status of incoming orders*Creating new orders and stocks received into displays following company procedures *Perform unique merchandising techniques according to corporate mailings *Perform sales volume on particular merchandise by researching sales history figures in customer computer systems Requirements: *This position requires qualified applicants to have a valid drivers license and proof of car insurance.*There will be travel between five stores within the Greater Boston area - including but not limited to Chelsea, Boston, Watertown, Waltham and Quincy*The individual will not be traveling between stores during the day, once you start at a store you will complete the day at the store*Experience in Merchandising is preferred*Must be at the location at 6:00AM, but will be done with work by 2:30.
