Leading international trade association is seeking a professional to handle all membership information and processing; includes organization of all member files, database maintenance, new member processing, member terminations, invoicing, A/R, web research projects, and member assistance. Position provides admin support to office, including filing, posting mail, and answering phones. Assists with on-going special projects. Must be very detail oriented, organized, proficient in Word, Excel & internet skills; good understanding of Access & Quickbooks.
