PMI is seeking an experienced individual to perform administrative operations related to membership services to ensure that membership functions occur in a timely, professional and accurate manner to maintain defined service standards. This includes processing and quality checking new and renewing memberships, generating new member and renewal documents and related membership activities, and assisting with group billing and online applications as needed.

 

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalency

· Data entry experience with speed and accuracy

· Business math skills or experience with Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable

· Computer skills which include Microsoft Office Suite and internet

· Customer oriented

· Positive telephone presence

· Detail oriented

· Proof-reading and grammatical skills

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Problem solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as a team player
