 The Opportunity

We are seeking a goal-driven client services/account management professional who is dedicated to providing the ultimate in client relationship services. The individual selected for this role will support the retention of Learning Collaborative members by working effectively with Member Services Managers to articulate the value of Learning Collaborative services and educate members about our service offerings. The Member Services Associate will also support the Member Services team in managing member institutions to renewal and working with Eduventures’ CRM database to report key organizational performance measures.

 

This is a full-time, salaried role with benefits and commission opportunities, based in our Boston office.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Assist Member Services Managers in providing high-quality customer service to Collaborative members

· Help define and scope short- and long-term renewal strategies and tactics

· Gather member engagement data in preparation for periodic follow-up calls assessing member satisfaction with research services; schedule calls

· Support renewal sales, including contract administration

· Manage relevant CRM databases to accurately track member engagement

· Analyze CRM data highlighting members at risk of non-renewal

· Present analysis of engagement data to research teams and coordinate follow-up efforts

· Prepare and send external research communications using Vtrenz

· Technically assist research staff in running monthly webinars using Adobe Connect

· Help develop and improve internal processes for effectively managing renewals

· Effectively contribute to team projects

· Superior attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

· Knowledge of higher education a plus

· Competency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and search engines
