Member Service Coordinator
Member Service Coordinator Position Summary
Associated Industries of Massachusetts (A.I.M.) seeks a service-oriented telesales professional for a full-time position as Member Service Coordinator. The Member Service Coordinator is responsible for calling high-level executives at member companies to secure annual membership renewals, and to provide them information about A.I.M. activities. The position also provides customer service and membership information in response to incoming calls and is responsible for managing/executing the association’s renewal invoicing process.

·  Proactive sales and relationship building skills with a positive can-do approach
·  Demonstrated skills in telesales, preferably in an association or professional services firm
·  Demonstrated use of sound judgment, along with a strong work ethic and a drive to accomplish results
·  Understanding of key concepts of selling based on value, service and relationships
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Strong communication and listening skills
·   Level of comfort approaching and dealing with people at all levels of an organization, including top management
·  Experience using a customer relationship database to document and manage all customer activities - iMIS experience is a plus
·  Minimum of 2 years of related experience
·  Related educational background preferred

The position is based at A.I.M.’s home office in Boston’s Back Bay and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. We may consider arrangements under which the right candidate might work part of the time offsite or from home.
