General Summary:

Oversee the development of all direct/database marketing campaigns, proposals and strategic guidance offered to ACCENT clients.  Work closely with all ACCENT departments i.e. Call Center operations, I/T, Letter shop and Finance to ensure current programs achieve optimum results ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and business growth.  Serve as a resource to the Marketing Directors on all direct/database marketing initiatives.  Proactively seek out and implement process improvements and client account enhancements.

§  Prior operational experience within a contact center

§  Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:College degree including 3+ years of experience in direct / database marketingDirect mail experience a plusProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access softwareClient interfacing experiencePrior operational experience within a contact centerSupervisory experience
