Marketing Program Manager

Harte-Hanks, a leader in CRM sales, lead management, and Internet transaction processing is looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Marketing Program Manager - Design. The successful candidate for this challenging position will be working directly with the Marketing Services Organization on-site at Cisco Systems, our prestigious high-tech client located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:

 Responsible for the successful design and management of marketing campaigns called “playsâ€� for the Marketing Sales OrganizationManage all incoming design requests and distribute workload appropriatelyLead the implementation of all “playsâ€� to the team including updates and statusContinually build and maintain strategic relationships with key marketing vendorsProvide Channel partners with a high level of customer satisfactionProvide quarterly performance metrics measuring quality and partner satisfaction for the teamResponsible for written plans, updates to team and supervisors including milestones, deadlines and final product resultsDemonstrate leadership skills by developing team work and unity within the departmentEnsure weekly reports are delivered and metric collection processes are in placeThis “playâ€� Design role acts as the liaison between “playâ€� Coordinators and “playâ€� Managers

 

 

Necessary Skills:Global experience preferred, but not mandatoryExperience and familiarity with multiple Demand Gen marketing activities including: Telemarketing, Webcast, Seminars, Email Blast and Direct MailExperience working with and supporting a field sales organization Ability to work independently on projects as well as part of a team Strong organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
