Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90209 Job Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Job Category: Marketing/Product Contact Information Company: CORESTAFF Services Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: 081408a Job Description Marketing Design Coordinator Marketing Design Coordinator Great company in the Beverly Hills, CA area needs a marketing design coordinator.  This great temporary opportunity has a pay rate of $22-$25 per hour with great benefis. We are looking for someone who is familiar with web/graphic lingo and who understands how a site is produced, how to manage internal design requests/clients, and how to organize/streamline assets. Responsibilities include:- scheduling and managing design requests and deliverables- organizing and preparing assets for designers- managing design launch/deliverables calendar- managing designer schedules/task lists- QA of profile builds, ad sets, and any other design requiring QA- Weekly project reports- Managing/requesting designer contact info, designer calendar, logins for our content management system, administrative tools, and FTP accounts. Candidate should have a quick and responsive work ethic - helping connect and move projects through production and keep the distribution of work even among designers.
