Provides the best possible customer satisfaction to the organization's customers by addressing customer inquiries and problems, processing orders, preparing quotes, tracking quotes and maintaining organization within the department. Answer various incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and sales reps. Logging of quotes and taking orders. Helping with information regarding the status of open orders and open quotes. Address and resolve some customer inquiries, problems and complaints. Enter all required information into the AS400 computer system, also using Word and Excel. Prepare documents, letters, correspondence, etc. as needed. Provide inside support to the outside sales representatives as needed. Complete special projects as assigned, maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.Read open orders, service logs, and procedure manuals, Prepare reports and correspondence, Communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization. Must be able to apply common sense understanding. Strong computer skills and proper phone etiquette required. One to three years of related experience will be considered. Add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and ability to compute percentages.
