While a client's management concentrates on enhancing the core business, our team of experienced managers, billings and collections specialists and clinical specialists provide a highly differentiated service to assist our clients with their revenue cycle challenges, including unrealized revenue and diminished cash flow.We are looking for talented Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager to manage all the project activities with the help of onsite staff (Region 10 staff on L1 assignment), BPMS associates and the Region 10 RCS team. The Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for preparing all formal status updates to the client.  Will also responsible for monitoring the project budget (earn-burn), project invoicing and collections.  This role will be based in the West Coast or Mid West and will involve heavy travel.    -  Minimum of five years experience in revenue cycle consulting or healthcare providers with exposure to A/R management. -  Manage the day to day activities of the onsite team, BPMS associates and Region 10 team to successfully deliver RCS BPMS projects. -  Work with the client to understand all processes relating to billing and follow-up (during project start-up). -  Finalize processes to be followed by Deloitte during the course of the outsourced engagement. - Work with the client on completing the welcome package which includes the bill form modification agreement. - Work with the Deloitte and client IS teams to obtain all the required information from the client for CMS set-up and access to client systems. - Work with the client to obtain all required sign-ons to client systems/ payer systems. - Work with IS on the proper set-up of the CMS databases for the client. - Work with the Region 10 manager to define and prioritize follow-up groups on CMS. - Compile status reports with the assistance of the Region 10 Business Analysis group and forward to senior management for review. - Present/ assist with the presentation of the status report to the client. - Work with the BPMS associates and Region 10 manager to ensure conformance to established productivity norms. - Work with the BPMS associates, Region 10 manager and the client in seeking resolution to issues. -  Communicate any client concerns to the senior management. - Devise special projects/ targeted efforts to expedite achievement of project goals. - Track the project budget by monitoring the earn-burn - escalate unfavorable variances in a timely manner. - Prepare invoices (if the process is automated/generated by another team, perform QC on the same) and monitor collection of invoices. - Provide periodic project updates to the PMO on ISO engagements - Self-driven candidates with high energy level required. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong process and operations orientation. - Must be able to travel. - Prior experience in an outsourcing environment is preferred. - Reimbursement/managed care contracting and/or contract compliance experience preferred. - Masters degree (MBA/ MPA preferred). Candidates with a Bachelors degree with more experience will also be considered.
