Manager Client Ops - Sears Tower Location

We are looking to add a gifted Manager of Client Operationsto our offices in downtown Chicago, just steps away from the train line - soon to be in our new offices in the Sears Tower. This is a great growth opportunity with an emerging leader in the Payroll software services business.

 

SUMMARY:

The Business Manager of Client Ops for Accero requires a talented individual - a natural leader who can daily exercises sound business judgment, utilizing strong project management skills with customer service driven communication, and facilitation skills.  You will oversee multiple KEY customer accounts and guide the work of 7-10 direct reports.

 

TYPICAL DUTIES:

 

1.  Manage the performance of the Payroll Team(s) throughout the entire client payroll cycle

2.  Responsible for leading a team of 7 to 10 direct reports

3.  Work with Payroll Team(s) to develop and refine project plans for quarter-end close, year-end

close, annual benefits enrollment, etc

4.  Work closely with the Professional Services Organization to facilitate client user acceptance

testing on all program fixes, customizations, change orders, and regulatory updates

5.  Review ongoing processing and change order billing for timeliness and accuracy

6.  Identify opportunities to reduce costs without impacting service levels

7.  Metrics and dashboard “fun a plentyâ€�

 

OUR REQUIREMENT NEEDS:

 

· Bachelor*s degree or equivalent work experience (MBA a plus) 

· 5+ years of progressive experience in the Payroll / HRIS service delivery industry with an emphasis on managing client relationships

· Prior experience leading and guiding CO response teams

· Technical & project management experience within a contact center background a plus

· CPP certification preferred

· Solid understanding of SAS70 compliance objectives

· Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills

· Natural ability to analyze and problem solve
