Management TraineeOur Management Trainees (MPTPs) are some of the most important members of our employee team in learning our business and helping lead us in the future.  Responsibilities

The MPTP is trained in all functions of our business during a 12 month training period. Training will include first line responsibilities in Production, Customer Service, and Corporate Sales as well as Company history, and policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree (no exceptions) Good communication and customer service skills Must be growth oriented and career minded Must have an interest in sales Must be open for relocation after trainingBilingual English and Spanish Required
