About the Opportunity

FMI’s Consulting Group is currently seeking a high energy and self-motivated individual to join their team as a consultant. 

 

Responsibilities include:

· Managing consulting engagements and interacting with people at all levels within an organization, including top senior-level executives

· Analyzing financial and completed construction contracts data as well as other quantitative data, as necessary   

  · Assessing client needs, determining project plans, managing client expectations, and developing solutions for clients

 Â· Delivering presentations, facilitating groups, and providing training on various topics

  · Ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication

 

Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:

· MBA

· Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills

· Strong public speaking skills and presentation skills, including the ability the gain the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences

· Project management skills

· Enthusiasm for 70% travel

 

· Previous consulting experience and strong consultative skills in the areas financial analysis, strategic planning, marketing and organizational development a plus.

· Construction experience a plus; but not required
