This position will support the client with program and project management subject matter expertise, utilizing components of performance measures for the purpose of strategic planning support for the client. Person will provide support for internal client resources to expand measurement and decision capacity internal to the client organization.
Location is Arlington, VA and the candidate must be flexible with varying degrees of travel and have or be able to obtain a top secret security clearance.
The successful candidate will:
- Utilize program management software and skills training;
- Implement requirements gathering and process mapping tools;
- Support program objectives and implementation by utilizing data analysis and measurement techniques;
- Present ideas and deliverables in a clear and concise manner.
To be qualified for this opportunity, the successful candidate must possess:
- 2+ years of management consulting experience, including: planning, project management, requirements gathering, and business process;
- Prior experience utilizing business process analysis and design;
- Prior experience in business transformation and change management;
- Active security clearance or ability to acquire a security clearance;
- BS or BA desired, but the ability to deal with change and to work without direct supervision is a key tradeoff for academics or certification.
