General Description:
This is not a call center job. This is real hands-on account management and problem solving. Our Major Account Coordinator will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with customers, so they continually witness the value McCue brings to the shopping experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:Construction schedules are managed to ensure we receive all orders due with appropriate lead timeCoordinate efforts between departments to make sure all orders are shipped when customers expect them.Quote all applicable stores to include all specified productsReceive incoming customer calls and provide on the spot accurate informationPursue, take, and prep all orders to manage them accurately and timely Complete necessary action to incoming customer calls and e-mails by end of dayMaintain a 2-3 month visibility on all accounts for which we manage their construction schedulesProactively call customer contacts at corporate and in field to build and maintain key relationships.
Preferred Skills and Experience:2+ years experience in account/project managementGenuine, caring nature and demonstrated ability to be highly responsive to customers Friendly, upbeat personality and warm engaging telephone manner Proven ability to follow through with a high degree of attention to detail Exceptional and proven time management skills Skilled at maintaining multiple focus and managing projects and goals Track record for taking ownership and being accountable Solid technical skills in MS Office and Windows
