A great AV rated litigation firm is seeking an experienced senior level litigation attorney with minimum 8+ years of experience in trademark litigation. Firm has over 7 office locations strategically place around the nation and has a diverse practice. Some of the practice areas include complex litigation, IP / Trademark, Patent law, insurance coverage, transportation, staff leasing, and employment matters. Firm focuses on delivering quality legal representation to quality clients.

 

 

Requirements:
Candidate must possess a JD and at least 8+ years of legal experience in trademark litigation. Candidate will need substantial experience in trademark and copyright, litigation, including trial experience. Should have excellent legal research and writing skills. Prior experience in patent issues and TTAB cases is always helpful, but not a requirement. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, be able to manage complex litigation and work well with other attorneys.
