Great Career Opportunity!  Law Firm desires experienced individual who is driven by opportunity, if you have sales and administrative skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to work at all levels handling new client intake calls, communicating with accident victims and families, communicating with existing clients, problem solving and working with subordinate staff in facilitating information and working to grow the law firm practice by implementing programs which will drive revenue and new clients.  Additionally, we are working on exciting collateral law firm projects which require management oversight and development time and skills.

The following are a must:  Customer Focus, Customer Service, Telephone Skills, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Giving Feedback, Managing Processes, People Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Supervision, Emphasizing Excellence.  Prepares call center staffing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; recommending new resources models.
