Immediate opening for on site Leasing Agent in Harwin. We are looking for a professional, energetic and outgoing individual to work closely with our Corporate Leasing Team to seek tenants for our commercial/office warehouse. This person will work with Corporate Leasing to negotiate terms for new and renewed leases. Responsibilities include maintain and update tenant and prospective tenant lists, space availability.

Communicate with tenants; manage/coordinate with Corporate Property Management Team and vendors to ensure optimum performance at property. Perform on-site building inspections to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed; oversee maintenance and janitorial needs of property; collection and resolution of rent and other tenant charges.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

Commercial or Residential Leasing; or General Real Estate

Knowledge of local real estate laws and principles.
