ADPs offerings include: payroll, tax regulatory management, HRMS, benefits administration, time and labor management, retirement plan services, online recruiting, and pre-employment screening.The Lead Generator Sales Rep will make calls to customers and qualify them for additional ADP products and services. Through pre-qualification, leads will be handed off to both the field and inside sales organization. This will be an objective bearing position.Key Responsibilities:Have responsibility for specific targets and goals for outbound lead activityIndividual will enter each lead into the database for follow-up by applicable business unit field or inside rep.Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customersMeeting daily outbound phone objectivesLead and participate in regular sales and account planning meetings with business segment leadership teams.
