Lead Generation Marketing Manager

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for creating qualified leads for the sales force through online and offline direct marketing initiatives. This person is responsible for and works collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to plan and implement targeted direct lead generation and cross-sell programs in the U.S. for business to business document process management services and technology.
A successful Lead Generation Manager at Océ Business Services will:
Initiate, design and implement lead generation, lead nurturing and demand creation programs that produce high quality leads while operating within a limited budget. This includes management of all campaign elements, budget and deliverables such as email, direct mail, webcasts, search, and newsletters.
Develop plan documents that define objectives, goals and measurements, target audience, key message, and call to action details for all programs.
Create clear, compelling content that demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of OBS business solutions and markets, and is consistent with company strategy and brand identity, under tight deadlines.
Manage the marketing database and perform analytics on segmentation and targeting. Responsible for program segmentation, testing and preparation of analyses including P&L and break-even analysis.
Create a campaign process and define metrics; measure, track, analyze and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall demand creation and ROI. Define and implement methodologies to measure direct response performance.
Develop measurement plans, analyze customer response, and identify and apply best practices to continuously improve direct marketing efforts and ROI.
Manage all deliverables to create a program of thought leadership webinars/ seminars. Develop timelines, coordinate deliverables internally and with partners, and produce the content. Manage all program business partners.
Effectively collaborate with solution marketing, PR and sales to turn information assets into compelling material for cross sell and thought leadership campaigns.
Set up and monitor marketing programs with the use of SalesForce.com and provide marketing dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE Requires at least 10 years experience in traditional and online business-to-business direct marketing Expertise in managing marketing client/prospect data base system is required Strong hands on expertise implementing integrated marketing plans, database management, direct marketing programs and campaign execution is required Expertise in lead generation program planning, tactics and analysis is required. Experience and expertise in enterprise marketing of technology, business services or solution selling is required; document and/or content management software knowledge is desirable.

COMPUTER SKILLS Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in Email marketing applications and systems Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or other leading SFA system) Knowledge of Web authoring tools helpful
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Expertise in database management methodologies and systems (i.e., Access, SQL), and marketing automation Expertise in quantitative database analytics, e.g. datasets and statistical models Knowledge of document management and records management digital solutions Experience in business process outsourcing (document managed services in particularly desirable)
