LENDING MANAGER
LENDING MANAGER Lending ManagerA $120M credit union located in Bloomfield NJ is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Lending Manager. The ideal candidate is responsible to direct and coordinate all lending activities within the credit union, insuring compliance with credit union lending policies and procedures, as well as with Federal and State regulations pertaining to lending. Management of Lending Department, directing staff to actively and consistently meet the credit union's goals and objectives is required. The candidate will prepare department scheduling, updates, reports, etc., participate in annual department budget, monitoring performance throughout the year and establish annual sales goals for lending programs. Experience in business lending preferred.
