KPLI Learning Consultant

The KP Learning Institute - Learning Consultant will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing process learning and development programs inclusive of tools, training and information. The Learning Consultant will work with KP-ITs Process Partner Group and the Business Management Office in supporting their process learning initiatives. These programs include; HRO Immersion Sessions, subsequent HRO training programs, Project Management development, internal process training including CDF/CDP, Process informational tools, key models (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, etc) and tools (Agile, LEAN, etc). MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for developing process learning aids and training programs for PPG, including but not limited to HRO Immersion Sessions, foundational process education programs, and specific model and tool training. * Responsible for supporting Business Management Office with planning, developing and implementing internal KP-IT training programs, including but not limited to CDF transformation, project management development, internal process requirements, process mapping. * Partner with KP- wide process/performance improvement initiatives to evaluate, coordinate and implement process learning and development programs, including UBT training, National Learning Leaders core programs. * Evaluate current state process knowledge and skills and measure learning and development effect on improving behaviors, skills and knowledge to support the KP-IT process transformational efforts. Develop and deliver quarterly continuous improvement reports that provide business partners and sponsors with metrics, trends and feedback. * Partner with KPLI Team to integrate collective learning and development products to improve quality, packaging and content for all KPLI programs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* 7-10 years experience in learning consultation, production of learning and development products.* 4-6 years experience in instructional design.* Background in writing and presenting for learning and development projects. Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills* Project/Program Management experience* Process knowledge including understanding of process models and tools (COBIT, ITIL, LEAN).* Knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis and other process related activities. * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite* Data analysis and management * Instructional design capabilities.* Virtual classroom knowledge.CUSTOMER & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE* Customer service experience.* Learning consultation at the executive level.EDUCATION/TRAINING* B.A or B.S. * Process knowledge and/or experience.The benefits of working for an organization of our size and scope will change your career perspective in a healthy way.
