PMI is seeking an experienced professional to assess and recommend data for inclusion in assigned membership market plans; assist in formulating plans.  Administer and oversee implementation of assigned membership plans, programs and messaging. Implement and monitor member engagement campaigns as well as develop programs for assigned membership categories. Assesses approach, procedures and impact of the programs. 

 

Attain measurable progress toward positive improvement of retention, growth and progress member satisfaction for assigned markets. Integrate and coordinate actions to implement plans and programs across market and product groups.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in business oriented major.

· Minimum 3 years work experience including demonstrated progressively responsible experience for relevant broad scope administrative programs to increase service/product business performance or product development/launch.

· Demonstrated ability and success with assessment and analysis of data and projects, including well-developed presentation skills to ensure understanding and acceptance of findings and related recommendations.

· Proven communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of business goals. 

· Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among major initiatives and operational tasks.

· Design, preparation, and documentation of work plans; ability to see the big picture and report progress accordingly.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking and ad hoc presentations.

· Familiarity with market research, data collection and measurement methodologies preferred.

· Self-initiated problem solving and decision-making, self-reliance for administrative tasks.

· Well-organized as project resource or leader with demonstrated ability to maintain detailed information and project tracking for multiple high-visibility assignments, ensuring effective achievement of goals which may include multiple dependencies and tight deadlines.

· Knowledge, experience, and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, including weekends and/or holidays.  Must be able to travel. Travel 5-10%.
