The Los Angeles, CA Branch of ABM Janitorial Services has an immediate opening for a Janitorial Manager located in the LA Metro area at a 2 million sq.ft. Class A Building.  This is a Full-Time Exempt position.

 

 

Qualifications as follows:

 

The Los Angeles Branch is looking for a self motivated individual who possess strong computer skills and is proficient in PC navigation with emphasis on Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and have strong knowledge of email applications.  The ability to effectively read and write in English is mandatory, however, bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.  Must be able to work variable shifts and possess a minimum of 3 years experience in management in the Service Industry.

 

Summary/Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 

·  Effectively communicate with customers and possess strong client relations skills.

·  Assure that the labor to budget goals are achieved job per job basis.

·  Order janitorial supplies and assure that the supplies to budget goals are achieved.

·  Maintain contract specifications.

·  Maintain service quantity and quality to client and company.

·  Prepare documents for payroll.

·  Responsible for following and enforcing established company policies.

·  Interview, select, and effectively train new employees.

·  Perform employee counseling and issue employee discipline when necessary.

·  Monitor all work on a nightly basis and turn in completed reports.

·  Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Compensation:

Pay commensurate to experience
