International Sales and Marketing

Job Purpose:

Inside sales support by processing orders, invoices, maintaining day to day customer relations, and assisting other outside sales staff.  This is a career oriented position suitable for a candidate who seeks opportunity within a growing company. 

Duties:

* Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.

* Prepares orders for shipping by answering phones; receiving facsimiles and emails; editing, verifying, and coordinating information with production scheduling, plant shipping, and customer service departments; inputting data.

* Processes customer invoices by matching bills of lading; adding additional charges; completing daily billing.

* Processes invoices; reviewing for accuracy; forwarding totals to customer service department daily; distributing invoices.

* Resolves product and service problems by researching the situation; identifying alternate means of filling customer needs; recommending solutions.

* Resolves inventory allocation problems by monitoring our system; anticipating need; verifying receipt of inventory; reconciling transaction reports.

* Pays bills by verifying amounts; selecting account numbers; processing for payment.

* Maintains quality service by following organization standards and assists to create new organizational standards. 

* Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications and on-site visits to factories.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Some domestic and international travel

Skills/Qualifications:

Spanish or Portuguese fluency
