International Business Development Manager
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Position / Location:
Ferguson Beauregard, a leader in artificial lift technology and wellhead automation for oil and gas production as well as wireless monitoring, seeks to fill a key sales & business development position, International Business Development Manager. The position location is flexible with preferences to Denver, CO, Tyler, TX, Rocky Mountain Area, Oklahoma City, OK, & Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
Position Requirements:
· Knowledge of international business practices (trade, banking, etc.)
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
· Knowledge of computers and mathematical concepts for market analysis
· Ability to maintain rigid travel schedules at times while remaining flexible to company travel requirements
· Undergraduate degree in related field required, MBA preferred
· High proficiency in at least one master world language other than English
· Extensive travel background and work experience in a foreign country (prefer experience in Russia, China, India, & Latin America)
· Minimum three years related work experience
· Must be physically fit for international travel
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
(1) Responsible for supervision of market representation/distribution activities in assigned Global Unit including location, appointment, evaluation and cancellation of distributors.
(2) Develops and monitors usage of global unit budget including: co-op funding, extra discounts, trade shows, goodwill, warranties, seminars, field visits, etc. to effectively enhance distributor sales revenue and company profit.
(3) Coordinates sales distribution and OEM network interface with regards to training requirements, and market intelligence.
(4) Cultivates and maintains strong Company/distributor business relationships.
(5) Initiates new product concepts via market research and information gathering which help reduce the product idea to product launch time line thus cultivating the Company's stature as an innovator and market leader.
(6) Maintains a focused international perspective by monitoring and staying current on the region's political, socio-economic and demographic trends so that new business opportunities are seized.
(7) Contributes as a member or leader of various company project teams by providing marketing insight and analysis.
(8) Facilitates yearly sales projections through utilization of all available tools to insure best thinking available analysis can be provided to Corporate Sales Manager and Ferguson Beauregard President
(9) Must be currently knowledgeable and adhere to, the Company's policies and procedures.
(10) Ensures all policies and guidelines are understood and followed by Sales and Marketing Staff.
(11) Coordinates all aspects of the Global Unit Advertising and Promotional plan including unique language, format, and cultural considerations with the market support staff.
(12) Prepares complete and timely performance evaluations for all distributors, resellers and
FB personnel.
(13) Organizes and executes the addition, promotion, deletion, or re-assignment of staff as approved/directed by the Corporate Sales Manager.
(14) Performs all other duties as assigned by the Corporate Sales Manager
