Inside Sales Support Representative
JOB TITLE:INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Basic Function: Position will be responsible for selling BIS technology to smaller current and potential customers; educating clinicians on the value proposition of consciousness monitoring in the Operating Room and Intensive Care environment.
Importance/Job Duties:
Create relationships with potential customers remotely, manage sales process via constant telephone and email communications. Many times work in conjunction with Field Sales Force and strategic partners to generate revenue opportunities;Negotiate contracts from both a Clinical and administrative side.Maintaining our Customer Relationship Management software (Siebel) and records to ensure Aspects information is accurate and timely;Provide business analysis for decisions with sales and field operations;Communicates directly with Sales teams, Finance, and Customer Service departments to aid in expediting the completion of new business;Create relationships with strategic partners (OEMs, dealers, etc.) to integrate sales resources.

Performance Measures:
(1) Effective sales calls;
(2) Ability to generate new business sales opportunities, and revenue opportunities & manage objections;
(3) Ability to communicate effectively with our customers, demonstrating benefits to BIS monitoring and in-service the technology to clinicians remotely;
(4) Ability to track and measure performance statistics relating to sales activities;
(5) The ability to coordinate efforts with strategic partners, leading to higher successes.
(6) The ability to track sales activities and keep management informed of all potential problems, or successes to help shorten the sales cycles.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Experience and Other Requirements
(1) Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education;
(2) 3 to 5 years experience in a sales environment with exposure to direct communications with customers;
(3) Understanding and experience in medical equipment sales or other capital sales products in a complex sale environment;
(4) Completion of professional sales training or certification;
