Inside Sales Representative, Plano

We are seeking an experienced account representative for a growing inside sales territory, capable of driving revenue through prospecting while also building on the existing account base.  Inside Sales Representatives manage their own account base of small to medium sized accounts, typically with 125 to 1500 employees. They work exclusively with organizations that do not require major, complex customization and are prepared to purchase without the need for face to face meetings.

 

Specifically, this role is charged to:

· Maintain and achieve sales in existing account database of 200 clients as well as drive for new revenue opportunities through prospecting

· Surpass the assigned quota of sales

· Manage relationships with senior executives of client companies to sell and expand product line into all sections of the company

· Demonstrate a clear link between AchieveGlobal’s capabilities/business outcomes and the needs of the client

· Function as a contact point throughout the sales process for the utilization of resources

· Perform other activities assigned by the Sales Manager or Director of Sales

 

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, consultative salesperson, demonstrating a commitment to help others succeed through their ability to listen and understand the client’s point of view.

 

The successful candidate will have:

· B.A. or B.S. degree in an applicable field

· 2-5 years of business-to-business professional sales experience, preferably in intangible products with a long lead time

· Ability to quickly learn, understand, and convey conceptual models addressing core business needs and issues to clients

· A track record of consistently reaching or surpassing sales quotas

· Experience working with C-level employees

· Ability to learn and interact with multiple web-based computer systems along with extensive knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent written, organizational, presentation, and time management skills

 

The inside sales representative can expect: Base salary in the $40Ks depending on experience and fit Excellent commission plan paid monthly with no cap on total $ Annual bonus plus additional incentives
