We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced sales professional to join our talented team:
As a member of our inside sales team, you will use your solid sales and business development skills to:
Identify and pursue opportunities to sell registrations to our conferences within key accounts and market segments within an assigned territoryConvey the business and educational value of our publications and conferences to individual IT professionals and corporate customers, as appropriateFollow up on all leads and marketing materials with compelling product offers to successfully meet the needs of our customers, and effectively close the saleAchieve individual and organizational sales objectives Develop, maintain and actively mine an accurate, up-to-date contact database
Our ideal candidates will possess:
Solid sales skills with at least one year of sales or sales support experience (conference, high-tech, publishing, professional training industries a real plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA general understanding of technology, and the proven ability to quickly learn how our products meet the needs of our customersStrong motivation and willingness to work hard, have fun and make moneyGreat organizational skillsBA/BS degree
