Inside Sales Rep

Our company is an innovative outsourcing firm looking to attract a special person to lead and develop our inside sales / telemarketing efforts.  The position we are looking to fill will set up qualified leads for our outside sales force.  We are looking for someone who is very strong on the phone and has an entrepreneurial spirit.  This person must be goal driven, teachable, and a self starter.  The person in this position must feel comfortable cold calling and be able to establish trust and develop a rapport with the decision makers of carious companies.  This position is 100% telemarketing.

 

The ideal candidate:

1.  Have previous inside telemarketing background and enjoy phone marketing - sales.

2.  Strong in gaining someone's trust over the phone.

3.  Have a construction background or an understanding of construction in general.

4.  Have solid computer skills - Internet, word, excel, ACT, ect.

5.  Possess strong interpersonal skills.

6.  Work well in a small office setting.

7.  Bi-Lingual is a big plus.

8.  College degree or 5+ years of inside telephone sales experience.

 

*This is NOT an entry level position.

 

Compensation:

The base salary is 40k + commissions. (no cap on commission)
