Inside Sales - Oncology Information Representative

 The Oncology Information Representative position is an inside sales position at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Responsibilities include:

Delivers the CTCA Brand Promise at the initial point-of-contact for prospects and patients.  Receives and qualifies in-bound inquiries by prospective patients, caregivers and the "worried well" regarding cancer treatment.  Provides a consultative selling approach to facilitate the decision making process in which callers identify their needs and determine whether treatment at CTCA is the right option for satisfying those needs.  Qualifies prospects and converts these prospects to scheduled patients when the prospect decides to seek care at CTCA.  Initiate follow-up calls, service online click-to-chat inquiries and schedule patients at a CTCA hospital. Meets and exceeds monthly goals for new patients treated at a CTCA hospital.

Requirements:Minimum 2 years of strong inside sales experience with a documented history and ability to articulate sales accomplishments in previous positions Proven ability to continually exceed (i.e. month-to-month) individual sales goals or quotas BA/BS degree Excellent customer service & communication skillsMust be available for 2 week-ends per month as needed; flexibility in shift schedules; day/evening
