INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE PENN HILLS, PA

 

Looking for a dedicated inside sales representative for a Penn Hills company that has experience

making outbound calls and that is looking for long term career growth.

 

General duties are as follows:Identifying potential customers through aggressive prospective to pre-defined industriesContacting current customers and potential customers to direct them to our websitesEstablishing and nurturing excellent customer relationshipsProcessing incoming internet and phone orders.Following up on sales orders, customer inquiries and complaintsPreparation of the various forms required to quote prices, calculate freight charges, schedule pick ups and process credit card payments.Maintaining files and records associated with customer sales and service.Extensive use of the telephone and computerWorking both independently, and with other employees when necessary, to accomplish tasks.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday - No Weekends 

Work Week: 40 Hours

Hours:  9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 Hour for lunch

Starting Rate: $11.00 per Hour

After 30 Days: $11.50 per Hour

After 90 Days: $12.00 per Hour

Incentives: Based on Attainment of Quotas - Beginning after 90 days

Vacation: 10 days after 1 full year of employment

Paid Holidays: Eight per Year

Hospitalization:  Single Coverage paid in full; 3 month waiting period
