We are currently looking for talented Inside Sales Managers to join our growing National Sales Team at our Corporate Sales office located in Plano, TX.



We Offer: Annual Salary of $45,000 plus production bonuses providing an expected 1st year income of $55,000-65,000Insurance BenefitsPaid TrainingNo Nights or Weekends

Job Purpose:



Supervision, motivation and development of 10-15 outside sales professionals by providing closing assistance (via telephone). 

Duties:

* Supervise a team of 10-15 sales agents who meet with 2-4 prospective merchants each per day

* Motivate and coach to ensure positive results

* Conduct a third-party close via telephone

Qualifications:

Previous sales expeience (required), Management experience (preferred), Business-to-Business sales (a plus)
