Job Description:

Implementation Specialist is charged with supporting specified account(s) and manager(s) including: managing all key Networkcar activities as they relate to sales support, implementation, service/billing support, and customer service. While the Implementation Specialist may require assistance, and /or support from other Networkcar teams he/she is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and account level working relationships, ensuring timely and accurate orders/billing, and will assist the manager in driving revenue after the initial sale. Works directly with Networkcar Sales, Support and Technical groups with Networkcar.  The Implementation Specialist is an integral piece in the success and growth of the Sales Channel by providing a proactive customer approach. Travel is less than 15%.

 

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

· Manage sales support activities across Networkcar departments including (but not limited to): orders, fulfillment, installation, registrations, Return Authorizations, trouble shooting, and deactivations.

· Basic administrative duties as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems (customer information database, installation scheduling, trouble tickets, and account performance)

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and accounts associates involved in the sale or support of the customer. Ensure timely customer satisfaction that exceeds customer expectations. Client visits as needed.

· Ensuring excellent customer service through routine communication and proactive measures to prevent issues or unsatisfactory results.

· Project Management

· Assist with Sales Activities and Trainings

· Assist Customer Care as tier 2 Support for customer issues

· Drive additional revenue after the sale.

· Ability to maintain a light travel schedule and to front travel expenses.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree, four years of college or equivalent in education or experience.

Four years experience in a similar position or responsibilities.
