Implementation/Product Manager

Note:  Preferred location is Harrisburg, PA.  Will consider other remote locations. Implementation/Product Managers manage a department(s) or a staff of consulting teams involved in the evaluation and implementation of product solutions. They establish priorities and provide overall strategic direction to the client implementation/conversion process and provide input into the strategic direction of our companies' products. Implementation/Product Managers typically partner with marketing/sales, development teams, and clients to introduce and support new product functionality and/or additional product and/or service offerings. They are responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and providing cross-selling support. Implementation/Product Managers have staff management responsibilities that include hiring, conducting performance appraisals, career planning, and administering disciplinary actions. Other managerial duties may include ensuring appropriate client invoicing, account management, developing and managing a corporate budget(s), enforcing company policies and procedures, and making recommendations for policies, procedures, and best business practices.
