IT Technical Recruiter - Roseville, CA

Segula Technologies, Inc. has an immediate need for a full-time experienced Technical Recruiter in our Roseville, CA office.

Experience requirements:

* 3+ years experience with technical sourcing & recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with on-line search engines and job boards, for sourcing & recruiting candidates and posting positions.
* Experience with screening candidates, conducting interviews, and performing reference and background checks.
* Ability to implement proactive recruiting strategies to develop a pipeline of quality candidates.
* Ability to work closely with Account Management and interface with client managers.
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple position requirements at a time.
* Strong understanding of IT and technical lingo.
* Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with MS Office suite, and maintaining recruiting/Staffing Database.
* Extremely professional with exceptional customer service skills.
* Experience with working St. of CA Request for Services (RFS) and Request for Offers (RFO) type job orders (Preferred)
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

* Recruiting IT professionals of all technical aptitudes and levels for temporary or full-time placement with our local and national clients.
* Maintainence of our proprietary staffing/recruiting database.
* Working closely with account management to fully understand position requirements.
*Conducting a thorough screening of potential candidates and conducting in-person interviews (when possible), rate negotiation, reference and background checks.
* Coordinating interviews (telephone & on-site) for candidates, with clients.
* Continued communication with candidates, throughout the whole placement process and duration of assignment.
* Ensuring the highest level of customer service standards and professional representation of Segula Technologies, Inc. at all times.
