Human Resources Business Partner

 Manages the planning, development, implementation, and administration for a broad range of HR policies and programs including but not limited to: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and labor relations.

 Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.

 Influences senior management to align with HR initiatives and execute a set people agenda that has already been set by a functional head.

 Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, and recommends appropriate decisions.

 Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.

 Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.

 Typically requires 5 - 7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

 Successful candidate will have experience working in a Union Represented environment.

 Experience in manufacturing/operations and represented labor environments
