Human Resources Administrator

Vitech solutions address requirements including population administration, case management, enrollment, contributions accounting, premium billing, pension administration, claims adjudication, and payment disbursements.

We are seeking a Human Resource Analysts who will work to support the recruiting and human resources team. The individuals will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the new hire process while working to support the benefits administration of a 350 person organization.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

. Responsible for benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD, FMLA)
. Responsible for coordinating the onboarding, new hire and termination process
. Responsible for coordinating between HR and payroll
. Updating and maintaining HRIS and online benefit tools
. Responsbile for data entry and maninuplating data using excel and the various formulas
. Hands on HR administrative support.
· Hands on support of benefit inquiries
· Hands on administrative support to the HR Team

Qualifications:

· BA/BS Required
· Minimum 2 plus years experience in a generalist hr role.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Team-player
· Strong Word, excel (v-lookups, Advance Formulas), power point
· Exposure to any applicant tracking systems a plus
· Experience with an online benefit or HRIS tool a plus
. Exposure to Technology Industry a big plus
