Hospitality Client Service Manager

In this position, you will run the mystery quality audit program for a large international hotel client to include recruitment and training of new evaluators, scheduling and assigning individual projects, and ensuring the timely receipt and delivery of evaluation reports to the client.  This position involves some technical work in terms of building and running reports using our proprietary software. 

Bachelor's degree in hotel/hospitality management or similar field preferred; 3-4 years progressive hospitality management experience may be substituted.  Familiarity with hotel/hospitality quality standards is strongly preferred.  Demonstrated proficiency in Excel is required; finalist candidates will perform a computer skills demonstration on-site.
